THE PLATFORM

Cracknell’s expertise stems from a seasoned career in the media industry where she stirred media controversy, handled media crisis and negotiated national news stories featured on The Today Show, Entertainment Tonight, and other major news outlets as a media spokesperson for high-profile daytime talk shows and TV newsmagazines like Inside Edition and EXTRA.

“My story now told and letters all read, what I know now as better, I didn’t know then as any better, nor did I trust gut instincts as internal self-care you never ignore,” says first-time author Daniella Cracknell whose need for a mental makeover takes readers on an emotional journey in THE LETTER DIARIES.

Cracknell’s personal stories and self-help debacles have appeared in national magazines from Fitness, Redbook, Self, Travel Girl and Frequent Flyer, as well as featured among adversity stories in Hachette’s BE FIERCE, a #MeToo ground-breaker from former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson. Cracknell has additionally been acknowledged in books from Wiley to McGraw-Hill.

“I had not set out to build a resume of setbacks and start-overs but now turn up the volume on life experience to help others move beyond their trauma and break UP to better love, life and work experiences, as I did for myself in the writing of THE LETTER DIARIES,” adds Cracknell.

Cracknell has since merged her showbiz past into a niche ‘biz’ category to produce a self-help wellness platform called The BREAK-UP Biz™ on which THE LETTER DIARIES are based. Having weathered enough mishaps to entertain a memoir, Cracknell now earns street credentials as a self-proclaimed ‘breakup expert’ where none existed before in covering today’s world of more breakups than makeups in love, life and work.

Relationship therapists and life coaches are aplenty but there are little to no ‘breakup coaches’ on the consumer marketplace today.

Through Cracknell’s self-help platform, housed at BreakupExperts.com, Cracknell helps audiences see an upswing to breaking UP, that rejection is redirection and resiliency is bounce back power to a better tomorrow – in essence, the toolkit that makes up the three parts of THE LETTER DIARIES.

If a ‘breakup coach’ is to exist, the focus is only on romantic shakeups but there is more to the breakup space than love. In fact, studies suggest losing a job through a work mishap, especially without cause, can feel worse than emotionally painful moments like getting a divorce.

Cracknell knows the pain from first-hand experience, and created The BREAK-UP Biz™ simply because, breakups of all kinds are as painful as they come.

The ripple effects can be long term, and one may not return to the same level of well-being as exemplified in THE LETTER DIARIES where Daniella unpacked a suitcase full of all kinds of breakups in constant search of remedies to undo the trauma she endured from here, there and everywhere.

Despite, the self-help industry is populated by romantic support but provide little to those who have yet to be coupled up but breakup often in love, life and work. Daniella’s wellness platform now fills that void as the first to cover today’s world of more breakups than makeups in love, life and work.

In Cracknell’s experience, as revealed throughout THE LETTER DIARIES, love does not live without work, and believes all three categories must each go well to holistically be well as a healthy enlightened person.

Are you struggling to move past a romantic disappointment, a family falling apart, the betrayal of a friend or a job loss? Then, The BREAK-UP Biz™ is for you. Out of THE LETTER DIARIES, Daniella learned that only you have the power to heal you, which is why The BREAK-UP Biz ™is built on a self-help premise.

Daniella uses her mental makeover from THE LETTER DAIRIES as a conversation starter on this digital wellness platform, and her newfound expertise as an audience builder where she now checks visitors in and out of breakup rehab, offering the following remedies to ‘Break UP to Better’ love, life and work experiences:

In future installments, chapters take readers on an Eat, Pray Love journey, not to India where in the book-to-film Julia Roberts finds herself, but to South Africa where Daniella overcomes a corporate layoff by helping impoverished children.

In doing so, she reunites with a long lost relative, the son of her late cousin Georgie, and is again disappointed by a love interest. All lead her to realize the only way to start over is to go home but where is home?

She thought perhaps if she goes back to Virginia, the starting point, then perhaps life can start all over again with better results. But, perhaps, home is England and Virginia, was never meant to be home in the first place. Here too, mishaps continue and Daniella, despite good attempt, is unable to unpack her suitcase yet again.

Her mother retires to the mountains of North Carolina with husband number three and her half-brother lands in jail from leading an evangelical brainwashing cult conspiracy. Grandma never saw this coming!

Dedicated to Grandma, historically a source of wisdom who taught this author how to clean between her toes. Has she done it? Find out in THE LETTER DIARIES of a Suitcase Life from Here, There and Everywhere!
